It is vital to make a person feel safe if we have a relative or a friend who is suffering from post traumatic disorder. In time, what's important is for the person to learn how to react to awkward situations without feeling anxious. Once the person is cured from post traumatic disorder, it is highly likely that panic attacks will disappear as well.
