In OCD, the person feels extremely obsessive of something and they usually have the compulsion to do something in order to relieve them of the obsessive feeling. People with this kind of panic disorder have repetitive actions that in the long run become senseless. PST is often encountered by people who have experienced a tragic event in their life. The person can have recurring memories of the events that haunt them. This can lead to constant fear.
In order to treat these panic disorders, prescription medicine are given by psychologists. They can also encourage their patients to join anxiety support groups where other anxiety disorder sufferers share their stories and former sufferers give advice on how to treat the disorder.
